The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 308.20 Turkish liras at 19.00 and 20.00 local time, and the lowest will be 1 lira at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Sunday showed an increase of 222% to 61.28 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 144.52 liras and 155.05 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Sunday was set as 277.20 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest as 0 lira at 09.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.73 Turkish liras at 1120 GMT on Sunday.
