The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 315.86 Turkish liras at 15.00 local time and the lowest will be 296.70 liras at 05.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed an increase of 11.24% to 194.9 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 308.81 liras and 309.43 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 430 liras at 16.00 local time and the lowest at 295.34 liras at 05.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.43 Turkish liras at 1128 GMT on Thursday.
