The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 674 Turkish liras between 17.00 and 20.00 local times (1400 and 1700 GMT), while the lowest will be 420.01 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed an increase of 2.23% to 300.92 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 515.46 liras and 516.39 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Thursday is set as 630 liras at 09.00 and 10.00 local times (0600 and 0700 GMT), with the lowest at 431.25 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT).
US$1 equals 8.76 Turkish liras at 1119 GMT on Thursday.
