The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 334.99 Turkish liras at 16.00 local time and the lowest will be 290 liras at 03.00 and 04.00 local times, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed a decrease of 24.1% to 169.6 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 308.96 liras and 310.11 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set as 982 liras at 16.00 and 17.00 local times and the lowest at 289.99 liras at 03.00, 04.00 and 05.00 local times.
US$1 equals 7.55 Turkish liras at 1131 GMT on Thursday.
