The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 674 Turkish liras at 19.00 and 20.00 local times (1600 and 1700 GMT), while the lowest will be 454.94 liras at 00.00 local time (2100 GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed an increase of 0.15% to 315.69 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 540.69 liras and 540.61 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Thursday is set as 674 liras at 09.00, 10.00 and 11.00 local times (0600, 0700 and 0800 GMT), with the lowest at 454.94 liras at 06.00 local time (0300 GMT).
US$1 equals 8.47 Turkish liras at 1145 GMT on Thursday.
