The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 563 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest will be 301.52 liras at 03.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed an increase of 37.3% to 189.1 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 361.62 liras and 366.53 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set as 325.09 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest was 232.99 liras at 02.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.32 Turkish liras at 11119 GMT on Thursday.
