Spot market electricity prices for Friday, Oct. 2

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 192.8 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 500 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time and the lowest will be 293.64 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed an increase of 11.8% to 192.8 million liras compared to Wednesday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 336.47 liras and 339.673 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set as 370.41 liras at 19.00 local time and the lowest at 290.91 liras at 03.00 local time.

US$1 equals 7.75 Turkish liras at 1131 GMT on Thursday.
