The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 718 Turkish liras between 09.00 and 11.00 (0600-0800 GMT) and 14.00 and 20.00 local time (1100-1700 GMT), while the lowest will be 450.81 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed a decrease of 9.55% to 341.74 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 619.05 liras and 620.17 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Thursday was set as 718 liras between 08.00 and 11.00 (0500-0800 GMT) and 14.00 and 22.00 local time (1100-1900 GMT), while the lowest was 465.13 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT).
