The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 333.19 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time, and the lowest will be 199 liras at 03.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday showed a decrease of 0.9% to 128.21 million liras, compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 295.95 liras and 298.83 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Thursday was set as 338 Turkish liras at local time 18.00, and the lowest was 199 liras at local time 00.
US$1 equals 5.74 Turkish liras at 1145 GMT on Wednesday.
