The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 316.24 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time and the lowest will be 241.20 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed a decrease of 4.7% to 146.1 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 279.45 liras and 280.89 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set as 318.94 liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest at 241.99 liras at 02.00 and 06.00 local times.
US$1 equals 8.45 Turkish liras at 1114 GMT on Thursday.
