The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 1,130.72 Turkish liras at 08.00 local time (0500 GMT), while the lowest will be 639.99 liras at 13.00, 19.00 and 23.00 local time (1000, 1600 and 2000 GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday electricity market showed a decrease of 16% to 460.24 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 789.43 liras and 792.31 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Thursday was set as 1,131 liras at 11.00, 17.00 and 18.00 local time (0800, 1400 and 1500 GMT), with the lowest at 646.30 liras at 00.00 local time (2100 GMT).
US$1 equals 12.01 Turkish liras at 11.27 GMT on Thursday.
