The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 329.80 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest will be 219.22 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed an increase of 1.59% to 166.25 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 289.36 liras and 291.746 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set as 330.71 liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest at 219.34 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.61 Turkish liras at 1118 GMT on Thursday.
