The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 334.19 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest will be 231.91 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed an increase of 7.68% to 171.61 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 307.07 liras and 308.262 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set as 326.39 liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest at 235 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.70 Turkish liras at 1116 GMT on Thursday.
