The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 300.01 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time and the lowest will be 26.53 liras at 06.00 and 07.00 local times, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday showed a decrease of 11.51% to 69.05 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 166.77 liras and 168.24 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Thursday was set as 320.30 liras at 01.00 local time and the lowest at 50 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.26 Turkish liras at 1118 GMT on Thursday.
