The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 333.38 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest will be 197.24 liras at 07.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday showed an decrease of 9.05% to 118.05 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 270.48 liras and 270.49 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Thursday was set as 325.77 liras at 21.00 local time and the lowest at 220 liras at 06.00 and 07.00 local times.
US$1 equals 6.96 Turkish liras at 1117 GMT on Thursday.
