The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 323.84 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time and the lowest will be 100 liras at 09.00, 10.00 and 11.00 local times, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday showed a decrease of 18.5% to 95.04 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 237.45 liras and 239.43 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Thursday was 323 Turkish liras at 08.00 local time and the lowest at 201.99 liras at 00.00 and 07.00 local times.
US$1 equals 6.98 Turkish liras at 1120 GMT on Thursday.
