The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 569 Turkish liras at 19.00 and the lowest will be 313.51 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed an increase of 17.2% to 215.68 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 369.70 liras and 372.93 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set as 469.99 liras at 19.00 and the lowest at 265.00 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.37 Turkish liras at 1140 GMT on Thursday.
