The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 596.09 Turkish liras at 21.00 local time (1800 GMT), while the lowest will be 353.99 liras at 06.00 and 12.00 local time (0300 and 0900 GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed a decrease of 10.8% to 289.16 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 471.52 liras and 473.13 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set as 616.90 liras at 16.00 local time with the lowest at 351.34 liras at 07.00 local time (0400 GMT).
US$1 equals 8.69 Turkish liras at 1119 GMT on Thursday.
