Spot market electricity prices for Friday, July 31

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 142.3 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 325.98 Turkish liras at 21.00 local time and the lowest will be 196.09 liras at 10.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on the electricity market on Thursday showed a decrease of 12.1% to 142.3 million liras compared to Wednesday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 279,57 liras and 280,81 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set as 311.99 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest was 210.82 liras at 09.00 local time.

US$1 equals 6.97 Turkish liras at 1123 GMT on Thursday.
