The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 617 Turkish liras at 00.00 and 01.00, and between 08.00 and 23.00 local times, while the lowest will be 366.35 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed a decrease of 1.9% to 318 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 572.69 liras and 572.09 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set as 617 liras at 00.00 and 01.00, and between 08.00 and 23.00 local times and the lowest at 371.34 liras at 07.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.69 Turkish liras at 1116 GMT on Thursday.
