The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 348.91 Turkish liras at 10.00 local time, and the lowest will be 225 liras at 03.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Wednesday showed a decrease of 1.4% to 150.1 million liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 310.18 liras and 313.37 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Thursday was set as 335.90 Turkish liras at 09.00 local time, and the lowest will be 245 liras at 03.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.84 Turkish liras on Thursday.
