The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 348.01 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest will be 260.01 liras at 03.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday showed an increase of 1.63% to 164.2 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 328.20 liras and 330.81 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Wednesday was set as 343.94 liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest was 225.42 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.87 Turkish liras on Thursday.
