Spot market electricity prices for Friday, Feb. 5

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 169.52 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 325.30 Turkish liras at 18.00 and the lowest will be 237.99 liras at 04.00 and 05.00 local times, according to official figures on Thursday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed an increase of 3.09% to 169.52 million liras compared to Wednesday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 296.46 liras and 298.54 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set as 323.93 liras at 18.00 and the lowest at 232.93 liras at 04.00 local time.

US$1 equals 7.12 Turkish liras at 1115 GMT on Thursday.
