The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 325.73 Turkish liras at 19.00 and the lowest at 254.12 liras at 13.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed an increase of 7.11% to 174.23 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 310.14 liras and 310.16 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set as 319.61 liras at 19.00 and the lowest at 219.00 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.20 Turkish liras at 1130 GMT on Thursday.
