The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 335.75 Turkish liras at 11.00 local time, and the lowest will be 240.01 liras at 05.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday showed a decrease of 3.5% to 160 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 314.27 liras and 316.70 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Thursday was set as 346.31 liras at 11.00 local time, and the lowest was 200.01 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.06 Turkish liras on Thursday at 1114 GMT.
