The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 322.73 Turkish liras at 18.00 and the lowest will be 231.67 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed an increase of 2% to 164.9 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 290.11 liras and 291.87 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 313.36 liras at 18.00 and 19.00 and the lowest at 231.35 at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.05 Turkish liras at 1117 GMT on Thursday.
