The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 1,217 Turkish liras at 17.00 and 18.00 local time (1400 and 1500 GMT), while the lowest will be 575 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT) according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed a decrease of 3.21% to 510.66 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 850.33 liras and 858.50 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Thursday was set as 1,217 Turkish liras at 17.00 and 18.00 local time (1400 and 1500 GMT), with the lowest at 697.99 liras at 03.00 local time (0000 GMT).
US$1 equals 13.42 Turkish liras at 1114 GMT on Thursday.
