The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 328.14 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time and the lowest will be 239.99 liras at 03.00, 04.00 and 05.00 local times, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed a decrease of 3% to 164.44 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 294.35 liras and 296.16 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set as 337 liras at 17.00 local time and the lowest at 227.67 liras at 03.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.75 Turkish liras at 1125 GMT on Thursday.
