Spot market electricity prices for Friday, April 2

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 178.8 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 338.61 Turkish liras at 10.00 and the lowest will be 288.56 liras at 23.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed an increase of 6.51% to 178.8 million liras compared to Wednesday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 324.16 liras and 324.62 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set as 334.69 liras at 20.00 and the lowest at 234.87 liras at 04.00 local time.

US$1 equals 8.17 Turkish liras at 1105 GMT on Thursday.
