The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday 217.29 Turkish liras at 08.00 local time, the lowest will be 163.45 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume in Thursday's electricity market increased 5.93 percent to 84.78 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Friday is calculated as 196.68 liras and 197.47 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour for Thursday was 218.16 liras at 09.00 local time, the lowest was 150 liras at 04.00 local times.
US$1 equals 4.15 liras, according to Turkey's Central Bank data.
