The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 329.56 Turkish liras at 08.00 local time, and the lowest will be 157.13 liras at 04.00 local times, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Tuesday showed an increase of 18.3% to 143.7 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 285.03 liras and 288.46 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Monday was set as 324.70 liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest was 75 liras at 03.00 local times.
US$1 equals 6.43 Turkish liras at 1140 GMT on Tuesday.
