Spot market electricity prices for Thursday, March 11

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 120.47 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 333.18 Turkish liras at 08.00 local time, and the lowest will be 182.89 liras at 23.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Wednesday showed a decrease of 21.5% to 120.47 million liras compared to Tuesday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 255.12 liras and 256.67 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Tuesday was set as 343.80 liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest was 200.10 liras at 00.00 local time.

US$1 equals 6.16 Turkish liras at 1140 GMT on Wednesday.
