ANKARA
ASELSAN, a leading Turkish defense systems producer, announced Tuesday that it had signed an agreement with AME to produce radio communication in Jordan.
AME is a joint venture company between KADDB (The King Abdullah II Design and Development Bureau) Investment Group and ASELSAN Turkey in Jordan.
KADDB is an independent governmental entity within the Jordanian armed forces, which is engaged in the design, development, manufacture and marketing of a variety of military products.
The parties signed a memorandum of understanding to study and investigate establishing a radio communication production line and to enhance indigenous capabilities in the field of tactical communication.
