KILIS
A Turkish woman was killed Monday near Aleppo, Syria, when she was caught up in a firefight between Assad forces and Syrian rebels.
The 63-year-old woman -- identified as Aliye Tas -- was reportedly on her way back to Turkish city of Kilis from the town of Azez where she went for shopping. She died when a bullet hit her in a car she was driving alone.
Body of Tas was brought back to a state hospital in the southern province of Adana for autopsy.
