JERUSALEM (AA) – Pressured by poverty and a chronic lack of employment, many Palestinians and Syrians have resorted to the unpalatable option of working on Jewish-only Israeli settlements built on occupied Arab land. "I'm not happy about working on an Israeli settlement, but I don't have any another option," Karim Mutasem, who works on a settlement near the West Bank city of Bethlehem, told Anadolu Agency.
