Turkish Airlines launches 3 new flights from Istanbul

ISTANBUL

Turkish Airlines, the country's national flag carrier, on Monday has launched new flights to Rome, Stuttgart and Cologne from Sabiha Gokcen Airport in Istanbul. 

Previously, travelers could only fly to these three destinations from Ataturk Airport, on the European side of Istanbul. 

The number of international flights from Sabiha Gokcen Airport, which is on the Asian side of Istanbul, has now reached 20. Other destinations include Amsterdam, Brussels, Kiev, Milan, Tblisi and Tel Aviv.

Round-trip flights to Roma are scheduled each day with fees, including taxes, beginning at 111 euros ($120). 

Flights to Cologne are scheduled on weekdays while trips to Stuttgart are available on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Fees start at 139 euros ($150), including taxes.

Turkish Airlines offers flights to over 250 international destinations in over 100 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and America.
