Turkey will put special emphasis on the needs of "low income developing countries" during its G20 presidency, Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan said Wednesday.

Deputy PM Babacan attended a working lunch with ambassadors of developing countries in Ankara.

Stating that "inclusiveness" is one of the priorities of Turkey's presidency, Babacan said, the country would try to answer the question: "What are we doing to address the needs of low-income developing countries?" under every agenda item of the G20 sessions.

Turkey assumed the G20 presidency on Dec. 1. The first G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Deputy Governors' level meeting will be held in Istanbul between Feb. 8-9.

Babacan also said that struggle with global warming and climate change will be important agenda items for Turkey during the presidency.

The 21st United Nations Climate Change Conference, UNCCC, will take place in Dec. 2015 in Turkey.

He also announced, the UN Conference on the Least Developed Countries, to be held in June 2016, is another priority for Turkey during its presidential term.

The leaders' summit will be held in Antalya on November 15-16, 2015.
