The judges decided to arrest Osman Hayal and Zeynel Abidin Yavuz when they failed to appear before the court.
Dink was the editor-in-chief of still-running weekly Agos and was considered one of the most prominent Armenian voices in Turkey.
The case on Dink’s murder in 2007 has been reopened after the court’s ruling was overturned by the Court of Appeals, which called for the retrial of 18 defendants.
Suspect Osman Hayal’s arrest followed shortly after Yavuz was detained by Trabzon gendarmerie forces Tuesday afternoon and taken to courthouse.
Turkish-Armenian journalist Hrant Dink was murdered in January 2007 by Ogun Samast, who claimed that Dinkinsulted "Turkishness".
Samast, who was 17 at the time of the killing, was sentenced to 23 years in prison in 2011.
