Football: Manchester United stunned by Swansea

ANKARA

 Manchester United were beaten 2-1 by Swansea City on Sunday in a weekend of Premier League upsets that also saw Chelsea and Liverpool defeated by supposedly lesser opposition.

United took the lead through Juan Mata in the second half but Swansea came back to win the match through goals from Andre Ayew and Bafetimbi Gomis.

Chelsea were beaten 1-2 at home to Crystal Palace on Saturday while Liverpool, also playing at home, lost 0-3 to West Ham United.

Manchester City top the table after extending their winning streak to four games in a 2-0 home victory against Watford.
