ANKARA
The Greek stock exchange re-opened with a one-quarter average decline on Monday.
The exchange had been closed for five weeks as part of the capital controls imposed by the government's bailout terms with creditors.
The benchmark Athex composite index dropped 23 percent at the open. The National Bank of Greece, the country's largest bank, opened down 30 percent.
