Football: Barcelona lead the way in Spanish La Liga
'Barca' sweep Levante 5-0 in an away match in La Liga matchday 4 to maintain their four-match winning streak.

Spanish La Liga's matchday 4 ended Monday night with runners-up Valencia beating Getafe 3-0 last night. Alcacer, Andre Gomes and Rodrigo were the scorers for Valencia.
Leaders Barcelona thrashed Levante 5-0 in an away match on Sunday night to maintain their four-match winning streak in the Spanish football's highest division, La Liga. Neymar, Ivan Rakitic, Sandro Ramirez, Pedro Rodriguez and Lionel Messi scored for "Barca" against Levante. "Unbeaten" Barcelona have not conceded any goal yet in the Spanish La Liga.
On Saturday, Real Madrid pounded their opponents Deportivo La Coruna with a 8-2 score in an away match played at Estadio Riazor. "Los Blancos" (The Whites) gained an extraordinary triumph under the leadership of their Portuguese powerhouse Cristiano Ronaldo who made a hat-trick against Deportivo.
Ronaldo was followed by the Welsh star of the team, Gareth Bale who scored twice to become the second highest scorer. Real Madrid's new arrival from Manchester United, Mexican super-sub Javier Hernandez nicknamed "Chicarito" (Little pea) also scored twice. Additionally, 'Los Blancos' Colombian James Rodriguez scored once for his team.
Deportivo La Coruna's scorers were Bosnian midfielder Haris Medunjanin who scored from a penalty kick and Spanish striker Toche.
Defending La Liga winners, Atletico Madrid, muffed a chance against Celta Vigo at their home ground on Saturday. The game at Vicente Calderon Stadium ended in a 2-2 draw. Scorers for "Atleti" were their two center-backs, Brazilian Miranda and Uruguayan Diego Godin. The scorers for Celta Vigo were Chilean Pedro Pablo Hernandez and Spanish Nolito.
