CONAKRY
At least 20 people have been killed in a stampede at a beach concert in Guinean capital Conakry, medical sources said Wednesday.
The stampede occurred during the rap concert held late Tuesday in the capital's northern Ratoma suburb to mark the Eid al-Fitr, which marks the end of the fasting month of Ramadan.
It remains unclear what has caused the stampede.
The Guinean Presidency has declared a week of national mourning for what it called a "tragic drama".
