ANKARA (AA) - Twitter was accessible from Turkey on Thursday after the Ministry of Transport and Communication lifted a two-week block on the micro-blogging website.
The move comes after Constitutional Court ruled that the ban on Twitter violated the right to freedom of expression and demanded access be restored.
Turkey's telecoms authority TIB had earlier on Thursday removed court rulings on the block from its website, signaling the move to restore access to the website.
