Tunisian Industry Minister Mohamed Amine Chakhari said that Arab region appreciated the successes of Turkey in economy and industry areas.
Speaking at the 2nd Turkish-Arab Industrial Cooperation Conference on Sunday, Chakhari said that Tunisia would like to benefit from Turkey's experiences in industry and economy, adding that the world was envying Turkey.
Noting that Arab countries wanted to reach a good level in industry thus, they attached importance in cooperation with Turkey, Chakhari said that they needed to exert more efforts and make more cooperation.
I suggest Arab countries and Turkey to make cooperation in industry and technology areas, said Chakhari, adding that they could cooperate in food, mining, chemistry, energy and cement sectors.
Morocco willing to cooperate with Turkey in economy
Moroccan Industry Minister Abdelkader Amara said that his country was wiling to make cooperation with Turkey in economy area.
We should benefit from Turkey's experiences, added Amara who spoke at the 2nd Turkish-Arab Industrial Cooperation Conference on Sunday.
We want Turkey to undertake a role among Arab countries, said Amara, adding that Morocco wanted to make cooperation with Turkey like western European countries did with eastern European countries.
The 3rd Turkish-Arab Industrial Cooperation Conference will take place in Egypt in 2013.
