International Energy Congress begins in Ankara

Turkish Energy Minister Taner Yildiz, Chinese energy development head, Mozambique and South Korean ministers will attend the event

International Energy Congress begins in Ankara

ANKARA

The seventh International Energy Congress and Fair, which will host discussions on renewable energy, oil and natural gas, regulations and energy finance, began in Ankara Monday.

Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Taner Yildiz, Chinese Energy Development Department Head Wang Binghua, Mozambique’s Deputy Energy Minister Jaime Himede and South Korea Trade, Industry and Energy Minister Yoon Sang-Jick will participate in the opening session of the conference.

The congress which will run for two days has been organized by the Global Energy Association and The Anadolu Agency is the global partner for the event.

World Energy Outlook, Evaluation of Energy Markets and Energy Investments in Turkey, Evaluation of International Energy Projects, Energy Security in Turkey and the World, Unlicensed Electricity, Biomass Fuelled Power Plants are the subjects that will be discussed in the first day of the congress.
