AA to train Family and Social Policies Ministry staff

ANKARA

 The Anadolu Agency will offer "New Generation Journalism" training courses to Family and Social Policies Ministry’s staff and experts, The Anadolu Agency News Academy announced on Thursday.

The one-month "New Generation Journalism Training Program" will run between April 20 and May 17. At least 20 participants will take the course at The Anadolu Agency headquarters in Ankara.

The academy was established as part of AA's centennial goals for 2020. It has been holding seminars and certificate programs over the past two-and-a-half years.

The academy offers programs on fundamentals of journalism, energy reporting and war correspondence among many others.

The participants will be given 108 hours of classes, which will include theoretical and practical courses.

The agency's experienced staff members and other specially invited experts will conduct the lectures.

The trainees will be given lessons on a variety of topics, including new generation journalism, corporate culture, news writing, media crisis management, international publishing principles, interview techniques, Middle East geopolitics, photo camera and exclusive news.
