CSKA Moscow mourns 17-year old player

ANKARA

Russian basketball giants CSKA Moscow's 17-year-old player, Ruslan Gagloyev, died of a heart attack during a training session on Monday, the club has announced.

According to the club's website, Gagloev who is 7 feet (2.14 meters) tall, suddenly stopped and collapsed during a practice session for the league game against Zenit-2.

The website said Gagloyev could not be resusciated despite all efforts, and he died an hour after he collapsed.

CSKA Moscow players will wear black ribbons on their jerseys for the Turkish Airlines Euroleague game on December 18 against French club Limoges CSP in commemoration of the deceased youngster.

Also, before Turkish Airlines Euroleague and ULEB Eurocup's Round 10 matches one minute silence we be observed.

Gagloev played for CSKA Moscow's second team, (CSKA-2).
