Istanbulite giants Fenerbahce Ulker lose their chance to qualify for the Top 8 in Turkish Airlines Euroleague by losing to Basque team Laboral Kutxa.

Istanbulite giants Fenerbahce Ulker have lost their chance to qualify for the Top 8 phase by losing to Basque team Laboral Kutxa 95-73 in Vitoria-Gasteiz, despite being one of the odds-on favorites for competing in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague Final Four phase this season.
Under the leadership of famous Serbian head coach, Zeljko Obradovic, the "Yellow Canaries" were knocked out of the tournament mathematically after getting thrashed by Basque team Laboral Kutxa in an away game on Thursday night.
However, Fenerbahce Ulker have one more game in the fixture.
In Group E of the Turkish Airlines Euroleague Top 16 stage, leaders Barcelona and runners-up Emporio Armani Milan from Italy had already qualified for the tournament before this week.
After matches last night, the two Greek giants Olympiacos and Panathinaikos advanced to the Top 8.
